In his new role, Webster will develop and manage the ILS vendor and consultant network as well as the company’s growing marketing initiatives in an effort to further expand ILS’ reach by leveraging existing relationships financial institutions have with various consultants and core vendors in the financial space. In addition, Martin will also spearhead efforts to increase ILS’ presence within the credit union industry nationwide.
Boasting more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience in the financial industry, including 19 years leading the ProfitStars Financial Performance Solutions Group (formerly Profitstar, Inc.), Webster joined ILS in 2016. In his time with the company, Martin has focused on successfully marketing ILS’ OmniView™ Browser to financial institutions across the country, providing a tailored approach to data migration and conversion that streamlines the traditionally time-consuming and challenging process for banks and credit unions undergoing M&A activity or switching core processing systems.

Webster earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha and is also a certified CPA in the state of Nebraska.
